MISSION AND MINISTRY

                                                       Mission Statement

We demonstrate God's love as a hugging, praying and healing church.  We are guided by the Word of God, the salvation, forgiveness and healing grace of Jesus Christ and the empowerment of the Holy Spirit to help others.


Pullman's Current Mission, Support And Outreach

  • Presbyterian Church U.S.A. Unified Giving and Special Offerings
  • Theological Education through the 1% Plan 
  • Theological Education for Christians in Cuba 
  • Information and Education to help overcome HIV-AIDS 
  • Train Theological Seminary field Education Students 
  • Pullman Men's Club Bible study outreach that visit senior citizens homes and half hay home residents to lead Bible study classes.
  • Pullman Active Women support of local ministry and mission efforts
  • Thanksgiving and Christmas baskets are given each year 
  • We have a non-perishable food pantry operating weekly
  • Community Christmas for the Youth with Community Partners and the Rosemoor Community Organization.
  • Sponsor programs of outreach to community youth 
  • We are members and supporters of NBPC and Associated Urban Ministries in Chicago
  • Covenant Partner with the Multi-cultural Task Force of the Presbytery
  • Covenant Partner with Mission Council 8 of the Presbytery of Chicago Churches
  • Member of African American Congregational Transformation Covenant Churches  
  • We are Partners in mission to Native Americans in the Dakota's
  • We are Partners in the Pullman Mission Team with Glen Ellyn First, Knox and Sixth Grace Presbyterian Churches & Other Churches
